TREATMENT

Acne, Rosacea & Pigmentation

At Sula, we thrive in helping patients with acne, rosacea and/or pigmentation concerns. These conditions can quite often overlap, so we take a careful, personalised approach to identify whether your skin is inflamed, congested, sensitised, hormonally affected, sun-damaged or prone to post-inflammatory marks. From there, we create a tailored treatment plan that may include advanced skin treatments, medical-grade skincare, skin barrier repair, calming therapies, exfoliating treatments, peels, LED light therapy or device-led treatments where appropriate. The aim is not only to improve the visible appearance of the skin, but also to support long-term skin health, reduce flare-ups and help prevent future breakouts, redness or pigmentation from worsening.

During your appointment, we will assess what is suitable for your skin, which results can realistically be achieved and how many sessions may be recommended. Acne treatments may focus on reducing inflammation, blocked pores and excess oil, while rosacea care is centred around calming sensitivity, reducing redness and strengthening the skin barrier. Pigmentation treatments are designed to target uneven tone, sun damage, melasma or post-acne marks using a gentle but progressive approach to avoid further irritation. You will also receive clear aftercare advice and a home skincare plan to support your results between visits. Most clients can expect gradual improvement over a course of treatments, with healthier, clearer and more balanced-looking skin developing over time.

Using medical-grade technology, growth factors, and regenerative exosome therapy, our bespoke protocols address concerns such as ageing skin, pigmentation, scarring, acne, and loss of firmness. Treatments are carefully tailored following consultation to ensure safety, efficacy, and optimal outcomes.

Exosome Microneedling Facial

Our Exosome Microneedling Rejuvenation is an advanced regenerative treatment combining medical microneedling with DermaFocus bovine colostrum exosomes, delivering over 20 billion high-purity exosomes and 20 potent growth factors into the deeper layers of the skin.

Exosomes act as powerful cellular messengers, stimulating collagen and elastin production, enhancing cellular renewal, improving elasticity, and supporting skin repair. This 90-minute treatment begins with a 40% Mandelic Acid peel to prepare the skin, followed by microneedling using the IMedPen to infuse the exosomes, and concludes with Dermalux LED therapy to calm inflammation and further boost collagen synthesis.

Suitable for most skin types, this treatment delivers visible improvements in firmness, texture, tone, and radiance, with minimal downtime. Optimal results are achieved as a course of three treatments.

Microneedling Skin Rejuvenation

Medical Microneedling Facial

Our Medical Microneedling Skin Rejuvenation treatment is a highly effective, non-surgical procedure designed to stimulate the skin’s natural repair processes and improve overall skin quality.

Using the IMedPen, controlled micro-injuries are created to trigger collagen and elastin production. This treatment follows our exclusive SULA protocol, beginning with a 40% Mandelic Acid peel, followed by microneedling and infusion of a skin-specific mesotherapy cocktail containing hyaluronic acid and epidermal growth factors. Dermalux LED therapy is then used to support healing, reduce inflammation, and enhance results.

Microneedling improves texture, tone, firmness, and radiance, with minimal downtime and progressive results that continue to develop over several weeks.
